Installation Guide

General Guidelines

• Designed for cord pendant ceiling installation.
• No separate product assembly is required, but ceiling mounting and electrical connection are necessary.
• Suitable for spaces such as the living room, dining room, entrance, bedroom, study, corridor, balcony, kitchen, exhibition hall, hotel room, or courtyard.
• Made from hand-knitted bamboo or wicker in a Southeast Asian style.
• Includes one bamboo chandelier and one adjustable suspension line.
• Uses one compatible E27 LED bulb, which is not included.
• Operates on 90–260V AC power.
• Designed to illuminate approximately 5–10 square metres.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Unpack and Inspect – Remove all packaging and check the bamboo chandelier, E27 lamp holder, adjustable suspension line, ceiling canopy, and mounting components for damage or missing parts.

Step 2: Prepare a Compatible Bulb – Obtain one compatible E27 LED bulb, as the bulb is not included.

Step 3: Turn Off the Power – Switch off the electrical supply at the circuit breaker. Use a voltage tester to confirm that the ceiling wiring is not live.

Step 4: Prepare the Ceiling Mount – Position the ceiling bracket or mounting base over the electrical connection point.

Step 5: Secure the Mounting Bracket – Attach the bracket firmly to the ceiling using the appropriate screws and mounting hardware.

Step 6: Adjust the Suspension Line – Set the adjustable suspension line to a suitable hanging height. Make sure the pendant will not obstruct walkways, doors, furniture, or dining surfaces.

Step 7: Connect the Power Supply – Connect the pendant light to a compatible 90–260V AC power supply according to the included wiring instructions. Ensure all electrical connections are secure and properly insulated.

Step 8: Attach the Ceiling Canopy – Secure the canopy to the installed mounting bracket and check that the chandelier hangs evenly.

Step 9: Install the Bulb – Insert the E27 LED bulb into the lamp holder and tighten it gently until properly seated.

Step 10: Restore Power and Test – Turn the electrical power back on and test the pendant light using its touch on/off control.

Important Tips

• Use only a compatible E27 LED bulb.
• Do not connect the fixture to a dimmer switch.
• Confirm that the electrical supply is within the supported 90–260V AC range.
• Handle the hand-woven bamboo or wicker shade carefully to prevent bending or deformation.
• Keep the suspension line straight and securely attached.
• Ensure the ceiling mount can support the complete fixture.
