Electrical Products Warranty
We choose our lighting and electrical pieces for how they look and how long they last. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we will make it right.
What is covered
Every light and electrical product from credō, including lamps, ceiling fans and aroma diffusers, carries a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, including wiring, sockets, switches, dimmers, drivers, integrated LEDs, motors, cords, plugs and adapters.
What is not covered
- Replaceable light bulbs and batteries
- Damage from installation, incorrect voltage, incompatible dimmers or power surges
- Hardwired fixtures not installed by a licensed electrician
- Drops, misuse, modifications or repairs by others
- Indoor items used outdoors or in wet areas
- Normal wear, and the natural variation of wood, rattan, paper, linen, stone and ceramic
- Electrician, labor or installation costs
How to make a claim
- Email info@credodecor.com with your order number.
- Add clear photos and a short video showing the issue, with the item switched on if it powers up.
- We do our best to reply within the same day.
You usually do not need to send anything back. If we do need it, we will tell you and cover the shipping.
How we make it right
We send a free replacement part first, since most issues come down to a single component. If a part cannot fix it, we send a replacement item. If neither is available, we offer a partial or full refund. Replacements ship free and typically arrive in 3 to 9 business days.
Damaged in transit?
This is handled separately and faster. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the box inside and out, and the shipping label. Keep the packaging until your claim is settled. We will send a free replacement part or item, or a refund.
Returns
This warranty sits alongside our 30-day return policy and does not affect your rights under law.
