Care

- Natural stone. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Skip water, sprays and acidic cleaners, which can mark the stone. Veining and small pits are part of the natural material.
- Metal finish. Use a dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid abrasive and ammonia-based cleaners, which can strip the finish.
- Built-in LED. No bulbs to change. Never open the housing; if a light stops working, contact us.

Which size and number of tiers should I choose?
Single tiers range from 19.7 in (50 cm) to 59 in (150 cm); two tiers from 31.5 in (80 cm) to 59 in (150 cm); three tiers come in 31.5 in (80 cm), 39.4 in (100 cm) and 47.2 in (120 cm). Pick about half to two-thirds of your table width.
How is Aurex installed?
Aurex hangs from metal suspension cables and is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box. Because the stone panels add weight, we recommend a licensed electrician for installation.
What kind of light does Aurex create?
Alabaster is translucent, so light passes through the stone and comes out soft and diffused, with the natural veining glowing as it is lit. The effect is warm, calm and never glaring.
Where does Aurex work best?
Aurex is designed for dining areas, living rooms and entryways. Its layered stone tiers make a quiet but striking centerpiece above a dining table or in a generous entry.
Will my Aurex look exactly like the photos?
No two pieces are identical. Alabaster is a natural stone, so each panel has its own veining and tone variation. That individuality is part of its character.
Are bulbs included?
It depends on the fixture. Integrated LED fixtures have the light source built in, so there is nothing to buy. For fixtures with sockets, the options above and the Product Specifications tab show whether bulbs are included and which type fits.
Warm white or cool white: which should I pick?
Warm white (around 3000K) gives a soft, golden glow that suits living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas. Cool white (around 6000K) is crisper and brighter, better for kitchens, offices and bathrooms. If you are unsure, warm white is the cozier choice for most Japandi spaces.
