- Wood. Dust with a dry cloth. Keep it away from steam, direct heat and strong sun to prevent drying and cracking.
- Bulbs. Use LED bulbs at or below the rated wattage. Warm white (2700-3000K) suits most rooms.

How is the Chiyo installed?
Chiyo is a wall-mounted fixture wired directly into a wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician for installation, and for a pair, agree on the mounting height first so both sit perfectly level.
What kind of light does the Chiyo create?
Chiyo casts a warm pool of light downward from the base of the stone. It is soft, relaxing accent light rather than a focused reading beam.
Where does the Chiyo wall light work best?
Chiyo suits bedrooms, dining rooms, living areas, corridors and foyers. Mount one on each side of a bed or sideboard, or use a few along a hallway for soft, layered light.
What is the Chiyo made of?
Chiyo is a round or square travertine body on a walnut wood or white backplate. The stone has natural variations in color and texture, so no two pieces look exactly alike.
What bulb does the Chiyo use?
Chiyo takes one E27 LED bulb, which is not included. The warm white option (2700-3500K) suits the stone and wood best. The fixture is not dimmable.
Warm white or cool white: which should I pick?
Warm white (around 3000K) gives a soft, golden glow that suits living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas. Cool white (around 6000K) is crisper and brighter, better for kitchens, offices and bathrooms. If you are unsure, warm white is the cozier choice for most Japandi spaces.
