How is Ravik installed?
Ravik is hardwired to a ceiling junction box and hangs on an adjustable suspension wire of about 4.9 ft (1.5 m). We recommend having a licensed electrician install it.
What light colors are available?
You can choose Warm White (3000K) for a soft, cozy feel or Cool White (6000K) for a brighter, crisper look. Warm white is the better fit for dining and living spaces.
Where does Ravik work best?
Ravik suits kitchens, dining areas and living rooms. A single ring works over a round table, while multi-ring versions make a striking centerpiece in open-plan spaces or rooms with high ceilings.
Which configuration should I choose?
A single 15.7 in ring suits a small dining table; a single 23.6 in ring a larger round table. For open-plan rooms and high ceilings, choose 2 to 5 rings. Each multi-ring option comes in Small and Large; Large uses bigger rings (up to 31.5 or 39.3 in) and is brighter. The exact ring sizes for each option are listed in Product Specifications.
How bright is Ravik?
Wattage scales with the configuration, from 20W for a single 15.7 in (40 cm) ring up to 180W for the largest five-ring version. The multi-ring options can serve as the main light in a big living area.
Are bulbs included?
It depends on the fixture. Integrated LED fixtures have the light source built in, so there is nothing to buy. For fixtures with sockets, the options above and the Product Specifications tab show whether bulbs are included and which type fits.
Warm white or cool white: which should I pick?
Warm white (around 3000K) gives a soft, golden glow that suits living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas. Cool white (around 6000K) is crisper and brighter, better for kitchens, offices and bathrooms. If you are unsure, warm white is the cozier choice for most Japandi spaces.
