Care
- Keep it out of direct sun. Strong daylight fades printed canvas over time, so choose a wall that does not get hours of direct sun.
- Dust with a dry cloth. A soft, dry cloth or duster is all it needs. Do not use water, sprays or cleaning products on the canvas surface.
- Avoid damp and heat. Keep it away from steamy bathrooms, radiators and fireplaces so the canvas stays taut on its frame.
- Hang it securely. Use a hook rated for the size you chose and check it is level before letting go.

Which size should I choose?
A good rule: pick art about two-thirds the width of the furniture below it. Above a sofa or bed, XL (70 × 100 cm) or XXL (100 × 150 cm, canvas only) looks best. M and L suit consoles, desks and hallways, and S is perfect for shelves or grouping several pieces together.

What's the difference between the Art Print and the Canvas?
Art Print: giclée printed on 230gsm natural matte fine art paper. Choose it unframed to use your own frame, or in a handmade wooden frame with plexiglass, ready to hang.
Canvas: giclée printed on 340gsm poly-cotton canvas and hand-stretched over deep wooden bars, with a soft texture and no glass. Add an optional floating frame for a gallery finish.

Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Canvases arrive stretched with a sawtooth hanger pre-installed, and framed art prints arrive framed and ready to hang. Unframed art prints ship rolled, ready for a frame of your choice.
How is my artwork made?
Every piece is printed to order for you with museum-quality giclée printing, framed if you chose a frame, and carefully packed. Because it's made just for you, please contact us within 24 hours if you need to change or cancel your order.
Will the colors look like they do on my screen?
Giclée printing reproduces color and fine detail very closely. Small differences can come from your screen's brightness and color settings, and canvas adds a soft natural texture you won't see on a screen.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is printed to order and usually ships within 1-2 business days. Delivery to the USA, Canada, UK, EU and Australia takes 3-7 business days. Other countries may take a little longer.
