Care

- Diffuser. Use only a soft, damp microfibre cloth. Paper towels and alcohol can scratch or cloud acrylic.
- Wood. Dust with a dry cloth. Keep it away from steam, direct heat and strong sun to prevent drying and cracking.
- Built-in LED. No bulbs to change. Never open the housing; if a light stops working, contact us.

Which length should I choose?
Choose 31.5 in (80 cm) at 12W, 47.2 in (120 cm) at 18W, or 59.1 in (150 cm) at 24W. As a guide, pick a length that leaves about 12 in (30 cm) of table showing at each end.
How is Norvik installed?
Norvik is hardwired to a ceiling junction box and hangs on an adjustable cord of up to 6.6 ft (2 m). We recommend a licensed electrician for installation.
What light color options are there?
You can choose Warm White (3000K), Neutral White (4000K), Cool White (6000K), or a remote control version that dims and adjusts color from 3000K to 6000K. The remote version is great when the table doubles as a workspace.
Where does Norvik work best?
Norvik is designed to hang above dining tables, kitchen counters and desks in study rooms. Its linear wood body lights a long surface evenly while adding natural warmth to the room.
What wood and canopy styles are available?
Norvik comes in pine or black walnut. Pine is light and airy, while walnut is darker and richer. You can also choose a twin round canopy or a horizontal bar canopy to suit your ceiling.
Are bulbs included?
It depends on the fixture. Integrated LED fixtures have the light source built in, so there is nothing to buy. For fixtures with sockets, the options above and the Product Specifications tab show whether bulbs are included and which type fits.
Warm white or cool white: which should I pick?
Warm white (around 3000K) gives a soft, golden glow that suits living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas. Cool white (around 6000K) is crisper and brighter, better for kitchens, offices and bathrooms. If you are unsure, warm white is the cozier choice for most Japandi spaces.
