Which length should I choose?
Vestra comes in four heights: 22 in (56 cm) at 10W, 24 in (61 cm) at 12W, 32 in (81 cm) at 16W and 36 in (91 cm) at 20W. Shorter lengths suit bedside spots, while longer ones make a stronger statement on a tall wall.
How is Vestra installed?
Vestra is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, with an adjustable cord of up to 3.9 ft (1.2 m) and a compact 2.4 in (6 cm) canopy. It is also compatible with sloped ceilings. We recommend having a licensed electrician install it.
What kind of light does Vestra create?
The integrated LED strip runs along the length of the fixture, so light spreads across the nearby wall in a soft, halo-like wash. It reads more like ambient glow than a focused spotlight, which keeps a room calm.
Where does Vestra work best?
Vestra is made for bedrooms, living areas and accent walls. Its slim vertical form looks especially good hung close to a wall beside the bed or in a quiet corner, where it can wash the surface with light.
What is Vestra made of and which finishes are offered?
The body is aluminum with an acrylic diffuser, and the fixture weighs about 2.2 lb (1 kg). It is offered in black, white or gold, so you can match it to hardware or let it blend into a pale wall.
Are bulbs included?
It depends on the fixture. Integrated LED fixtures have the light source built in, so there is nothing to buy. For fixtures with sockets, the options above and the Product Specifications tab show whether bulbs are included and which type fits.
Warm white or cool white: which should I pick?
Warm white (around 3000K) gives a soft, golden glow that suits living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas. Cool white (around 6000K) is crisper and brighter, better for kitchens, offices and bathrooms. If you are unsure, warm white is the cozier choice for most Japandi spaces.
