3000K warm white for dining rooms, living rooms and bedrooms. 6000K only if you want bright, neutral light for a work area.
Can I hang several over an island?
Yes. Two or three 12" or 16" shades in a row look balanced over most islands.
Is the cord long enough for high ceilings?
The adjustable cord reaches 4.9 ft (1.5 m). For very high ceilings, message us before ordering.

Care

- Resin parts. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid alcohol and solvents, which dull the surface.
- Bulbs. Use LED bulbs at or below the rated wattage. Warm white (2700-3000K) suits most rooms.

Which size should I choose?
Wabi comes in 12" (30cm), 16" (40cm), 20" (50cm), 24" (60cm) and 32" (80cm). Over a dining table, aim for a shade about half to two thirds of the table width, hung 28-34" (70-85cm) above the tabletop.
How is Wabi installed?
Wabi is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, and we recommend a licensed electrician. The cord adjusts up to 4.9 ft (1.5m) and can be cut or looped to your height, and the 4.7" (12cm) canopy works on flat and sloped ceilings.
What kind of light does Wabi give?
The bulb sits deep inside the resin shell, so you see a warm glow rather than a bare bulb. Light falls downward, which keeps it soft at eye level and bright on the table below.
Where does the Wabi pendant work best?
Wabi works over a dining table, in a row above a kitchen island, in the center of a room, or hung low beside a bed or reading chair. Its downlight makes it especially good wherever you want light on a surface.
What is Wabi made of?
Wabi is made from resin with a sand-textured, matte finish that feels like weathered stone. Weights range from about 3.3 lb (1.5kg) for the 12" to 17.6 lb (8kg) for the 32".
Are bulbs included?
It depends on the fixture. Integrated LED fixtures have the light source built in, so there is nothing to buy. For fixtures with sockets, the options above and the Product Specifications tab show whether bulbs are included and which type fits.
Warm white or cool white: which should I pick?
Warm white (around 3000K) gives a soft, golden glow that suits living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas. Cool white (around 6000K) is crisper and brighter, better for kitchens, offices and bathrooms. If you are unsure, warm white is the cozier choice for most Japandi spaces.
